Shipping policy

Please note each set is hand made to order so once a set is ordered and paid for. Estimated processing times are  posted for each design, but can vary depending on the size of your order and custom requests usually take up to 1-2 weeks (regardless of shipping choice) however it may be sooner than that.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout before submitting your payment information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WE SHIP BY USPS MAIL.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email/text with your tracking number with the estimated time of arrival. Please note arrival times may take longer during holidays depending on the efficiency of your local post office.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that a claim can take up to 30 days to complete.

Keep Calm & Press On is not responsible for any packages that have been reported as lost or as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
